Our smoked foods are dry rubbed with a special blend of spices. Slowly cooked in our smoke barrels, this is sure to be the "best smoked food" you've ever tasted.

The following menus are priced for groups of 10 or more. All meals include a choice of 2 side dishes and garlic bread. Delivered complete with eating utensils, plates, and napkins. Tax and delivery are additional.
